Our supplier confirmed yesterday that this was due to the Pakistani Telecommunications Agency (PTA) misclassifying our access management provider, resulting in this being blocked by some of the internet service providers in Pakistan. We reached out to the PTA via multiple channels asking for the urgent reclassification of our access management provider. We believe this has been resolved and may take a few hours to reach all of the internet service providers in Pakistan.
