Annual General Meeting

Thank you to those of you who attended the UCAS AGM on Wednesday 28 January at the Royal Society, London.

There were two items of Ordinary Business (Ordinary Resolutions):

• to receive the accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 July 2014
• to reappoint Baker Tilly as the Company’s auditors

Both Resolutions were seconded and accepted unanimously by the members present.

Following the AGM, Mary Curnock Cook, our Chief Executive, gave a presentation on the 15 January deadline statistics – you can view this in prezi (best viewed in the Google Chrome browser) or PDF. This was followed by the annual dinner at which the Rt Hon David Willetts MP gave a pre-dinner speech.
