Before you submit an RPA please ensure you check in weblink to make sure an application hasn’t already been processed by UCAS. If you submit an RPA in an instance where an application already exists, we will automatically cancel the new RPA. You can find details of any cancelled RPAs in the provider dashboard.
To ensure a student who already has a live application is placed with you they should be released from their firm choice, and then they can add the required course through Clearing by 19 October (close of Clearing).
Please be aware that after 18 October the service will be unavailable until the end of October meaning you won’t be able to access any submitted RPAs. We will confirm once the service is back up and running.
