The fifth Access to HE Summit ‘Widening Participation to HE in a changing funding and policy landscape’ will address the challenge of widening participation to HE in a changing policy landscape.The summit aims to set out and debate political, institutional and operational perspectives on access and widening participation issues for 2015/16 and beyond.
The event is being held on Tuesday 10 November, from 9.30 to 16.30 at Woburn House Conference Centre, London. Workshops and discussion groups include:
- using the recent HEFCE data tools and maps in outreach
- developing evidence and evaluation of widening participation practice
- attracting diversity; admitting equality
- how UCAS supports widening participation
- examining the finance implications for students 2015-19
- understanding the needs of part-time students to improve their HE experience
