If you have agreed to consider an applicant in Clearing, please view their application in web-link and make your decision as quickly as possible.
You must use an online RX transaction in web-link, odbc-link, or xml-link to record that an applicant has been accepted or rejected for a place in Clearing. When you record an acceptance in Clearing, we display an online Confirmation letter (AS12) in Track to confirm the applicant’s place.
Applicants who refer their applications to you in Clearing before contacting you to discuss their suitability can be rejected immediately if you don’t wish to consider them.
