Following our earlier update, processing of results files is continuing as expected and we are on track to release the files to you today, Friday 7 August, between 19:00 – 21:00.

We can also confirm that we have received the Welsh Baccalaureate results files and these will be included in tonight's release.

During processing, we have experienced a number of issues with regards to data quality and a large number of exceptions. Our teams have worked through these issues to ensure we meet our best endeavour commitments to you.

A further update will be provided once results processing activity has been completed.

In preparation for the release of results, we ask that you check arrangements for the results embargo in your university or college.

  • Please remind all colleagues that your university or college must uphold the results embargo. If your systems are not embargo ready, please email us immediately at sdt@ucas.ac.uk and we will suspend your access to results until you are ready.
  • Updates to UCAS Track have been suspended for updates from 14:00 today, Friday 7 August, until 18:00 on Wednesday 12 August, while we process exam results.
  • UCAS Track will be unavailable to applicants from 18:00 on Wednesday 12 August until 08:00 on Thursday 13 August. The embargo period officially ends at 06:00 on Thursday 13 August but we request you wait until 08:00 to confirm applicants’ statuses, in line with the launch of Track. Any updates made while Track is suspended will display at 08:00 on 13 August.
  • Access to link products was removed at 14:00 on Friday 7 August and will be restored when results are available for you to access.
  • Please check Yammer and ucas.com for the latest updates.
