22nd Annual Admissions Conference 2016

Registration for the Annual Admissions Conference will open in February.

Admissions Conference – facilitated discussion sessions
Our sector-led Admissions Conference Planning Group has identified a number of topics that we are keen to run as facilitated discussion sessions. We are currently seeking session facilitators from the sector to assist in the delivery of these sessions.

The role of the session facilitator will be to introduce the topic for discussion, reflecting on their own experience in this area before opening up the session for peer-to-peer discussion. There is no need to create a formal presentation for these sessions. We currently require facilitators for the following sessions:

  • good practice for enrolment and induction
  • successfully managing courses with multiple start dates
  • UCAS Teacher Training – reflections on the current cycle
  • running a successful Clearing call centre
  • QA audits – how to prepare for a successful audit
