Our open days search tool gives you the opportunity to publicise your open days, and is an excellent marketing tool to raise your provider’s profile to prospective students. We’re keen to get your initial dates for 2016 published as soon as possible, to allow potential applicants plenty of time to research their higher education choices.
Your open days’ data needs to be maintained through our Data Collection System. You can amend this information at any time and the search tool is updated every Monday. If you need your account details or have any queries about doing this, please contact our Data Collection Team on 01242 544 864 or coursesdata@ucas.ac.uk.
Please note, if you add an open day URL under the ‘more information links’ tab in the provider profile section of Course Collect it will display in our search tool. However, any information entered in the open days option of the ‘venues’ tab will not display.
