2015 provider EXACT records supply

If you signed up for 2015 provider EXACT records supply, the data is now available for you to download as a zip file, containing your HEP code in the name ‘<HEP code>_all.zip’. This contains the five CSV data files and a technical notes PDF. You can find instructions on how to do this in the Secure File Transfer user guide, and more details are in bulletin 332.

Please note: the data is available until 17:00 (UK time) on Monday 10 August.
