There are a number of C&C statistical reports available to you:
Weekly reports
The weekly recruitment by entry year statistics are available on request and sent to the UCAS Correspondents at the end of each week during C&C.
These reports are an extension of the service we offered to providers in 2012 and 2013, and are intended to help providers who have HEFCE reporting requirements. Although these statistics are specifically designed to meet HEFCE's requirements, they are available to all providers, regardless of whether they are HEFCE-funded.
Full details of these reports are in UCAS Correspondents’ bulletin 284.
In addition, we are including a provider-level version of our fuller analysis of recruitment by entry year, country and ABB+ status, similar to that used in our
. This will show recruitment to the 2014-15 academic year on A level results day, compared to the same point for previous cycles. Please email arc@ucas.ac.uk if you would like to receive the provider-specific recruitment by entry year statistics.
Daily reports – 'overview' analysis pilot
As part of our C&C data reporting we are piloting a new set of provider-level 'overview' analysis reports.
We have prepared an analysis for each university and college, using the same reference point and definitions so you can make a direct comparison to the published set of national reports. These show your acceptances by route and those still holding offers, set in the context of your position on A level results day going back to 2010. The reports will enable you to see your trends in acceptances through, for example, firm or insurance replies, and whether they are different from the national picture.
Provider level 'overview' analysis reports will be available until tomorrow (Thursday 21 August).
Each report will be sent only to the UCAS Correspondent. Files will be password-protected, and details of how to access them will be provided following the initial request. We have also informed Vice Chancellors about these reports.
Please email clearingstats@ucas.ac.uk to request your reports.
New daily Clearing reports categories
As part of our data analysis we are pleased to release a new set of daily Clearing analysis reports covering sex, region, POLAR2 and Tariff group.
The new reports are in addition to the core daily Clearing analysis and have been created following feedback from providers, to support operational decision-making.
These reports are available from the Daily Clearing analysis 2014 section of ucas.com.
