Recognise the Role of Reflection in Learning – Examine how structured reflection enhances knowledge retention, critical thinking, and professional development.
Link Reflection to a Growth Mindset – Analyse how reflective practices contribute to developing a growth mindset, resilience, and adaptability in both academic and professional settings.
Apply Reflective Strategies – Identify practical methods to incorporate reflection into personal and professional learning to foster continuous improvement and self-directed learning.
Dr Sarah Plimmer is a lecturer and the Deputy Phase 1 Assessment Lead at The University of Buckingham. She has previously worked as a GP and has specialist interest in medical education.
