Emma is the Chief Operating Officer at Learning Curve Group, where she leads all operational areas, ensuring the successful delivery of government-funded contracts and overseeing a nationwide team of 600 staff. Before joining Learning Curve Group, Emma was an HMI at Ofsted, specialising in further education and skills providers. She conducted inspections and provided support to underperforming providers, contributing to national reviews and surveys.

Emma's career includes leadership roles such as Head of Employability, Director of Vocational Training, and Director of Apprenticeships and Skills. In these positions, she managed large national teams, ensured compliance, and implemented strategic changes to drive growth.
