Lizzie Burrows is the Chief Marketing and Recruitment Officer at Imperial College London, leading teams across Marketing, Outreach, Student Recruitment, and Admissions. With 16 years of experience, she has transformed global recruitment strategies, enhanced applicant experiences, and driven digital innovation.
Prior to joining Imperial, Lizzie held senior roles at the University of Surrey, the University of Oxford, and the University of Essex. She is a Chartered Marketer (MCIM), Vice-Chair of the University Marketing Forum, and serves on advisory boards for AQA, UniQuest, and IDP. In a joint venture with the University of Cambridge, Lizzie is one the founding Directors of UAT-UK - a not-for-profit organisation that currently owns and delivers two undergraduate admissions tests.
