Marc is the Degrees at Work Strategic Lead for degree apprenticeships at ARU (Anglia Ruskin University). He leads a team dedicated to engaging organisations, accessing the portfolio of apprenticeship programmes available across the university, as well as contributing to course design and development.
Having originally qualified as a youth worker, working with hard-to-reach young people as an ‘Intensive’ Connexions Advisor, Marc joined ARU and spent ten years in student recruitment and outreach, before joining the Degrees at Work Team.
He has spent the past seven years growing and developing the range of apprenticeships on offer and working directly with large and small businesses, across a range of industries, to help them establish successful apprenticeship programmes.
