With over 15 years of experience in education, including her time as a classroom teacher and Head of Department in secondary education, Sam has been passionate about amplifying the voices of those who advise students to help inform change and improvements. Since joining UCAS in 2016, she has worked across operations and customer contact; leading advancements in digital learning, refining processes, and improving customer experience through continuous monitoring and feedback. Sam is now leading initiatives to expand support programs and build impactful connections between schools, colleges, and regional stakeholders.
