Stephen Carey is a seasoned marketing leader and conference and event presenter. He leads the IELTS outreach to government, higher education and other professionals worldwide. Stephen works together with institutions to support them with setting their English language requirements, understanding what makes a good English language test, and identifying and preventing education fraud. He is a regular speaker on English language tests, a former ERASMUS scholar at EDHEC, and holds a Master’s in International Security from King’s College, London.
