Emma re-joined the University of Portsmouth in her current post as Admissions Manager in March 2022. Emma oversees the line management and operational management of the centralised Home Admissions Team, with overarching responsibility for application processing, applicant customer service, the delivery of Confirmation & Clearing, and the publication of admissions course data. 

Emma has worked in Higher Education Admissions for over 10 years, carrying out a number of posts at the University of Portsmouth between 2013 - 2018, and later working in the Undergraduate Admissions Team at the University of Reading from 2018 to 2022.
