Jenny has responsibility for understanding Provider needs relating to application data, and works with a software development team on UCAS's link products - Weblink, XML link and UCAS link - to ensure the successful transfer of that data to Provider systems. Having worked in Higher Education for nearly two decades, Jenny has been a Product Owner at UCAS for two years. Prior to joining UCAS Jenny worked in Admissions at the University of Warwick. Jenny cares deeply about finding the best and simplest solution for the majority of users, and understanding the customer perspective. Jenny hosts and co-ordinates the fortnightly UCAS Development Webinars.
