Summary
We will explore how AI is building capacity and efficiency into Admissions Teams. We’ll share case studies from two different institutions who have integrated automation and bot technology into application process and managing enquiries. We will share experiences of embedding automation into admissions teams and the wider university community and the benefits and learnings from this.
