Becca leads the team responsible for the University's market insight function. Becca manages all activities that enable the University to take a data-informed approach to student recruitment activities. This includes analysing internal admissions statistics and recruitment funnels; contextualising the University's student recruitment in order to understand our share of the undergraduate and postgraduate markets at home and overseas; identifying opportunities for new course development; monitoring competitor behaviour and activities with a focus on marketing and student recruitment. Becca sits on the Universitys senior management team for marketing and student recruitment and previously held the role of Head of Marketing for Essex Business School at the University of Essex.
