Samina has been Director for Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach at the University of Oxford since 2014, and is responsible for strategy, policy and advocacy for admissions and student access across the University and is the public face on admissions issues.
Prior to this, Samina worked in the commercial, public and third sectors for a range of education related organisations. Samina has also worked for the regulators of national qualifications in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and for Edexcel Pearson as a Policy Advisor.
Samina studied at King’s College, London, completed a doctorate in organic chemistry from Loughborough, and undertook postgraduate study at St Hilda’s College, Oxford.
