Philippa leads the apprenticeships and skills work in UCAS’s policy and research team and is developing and expanding its work on lifelong learning. She has worked across policy, public affairs, project management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and events, across a number of sectors, from tech to food and farming, and now specialises in education and skills.
