Biography
Nichola has worked in the further education sector for over 20 years, helping UK businesses attract new talent as well as upskilling employees across their entire organisation. She is at the forefront of thought leadership and guidance on the challenges and opportunities within the UK's apprenticeship market and was recognised for her services to apprenticeships and skills in the Queen's 2021 New Year Honour List.
