Mutty is Head of International Student Recruitment at Lancaster University. He leads the university’s international student recruitment strategy.

With over 15 years of experience in Higher Education, Mutty started his career in Outreach and Widening Participation at the University of Bradford. Where he worked in various roles supporting students into Higher Education, in leading the university’s transition and summer schools programmes and also, in lecturing in range of disciplines including Mentoring, Coaching, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability. He has since worked in various roles in International Higher Education, building the Lancaster University’s Global presence digitally and in-person.

Mutty is well experienced International Student Recruitment and Marketing, with much time spent building expertise in the areas of International Partnerships and Student Recruitment, South Asia, South East Asia and East Asia.
