Magdalena Cieslak holds a PhD in Engineering since 2019 from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. She has 10 years of experience teaching engineering-related subjects. She has worked with degree apprentices since 2019. Magda has detailed knowledge of the degree apprenticeship course model. She is a Course Leader for the Applied Professional Engineering Programme (Degree Apprenticeship Programme). She currently oversees 120 apprentices and collaborates with 15 companies. Magda’s responsibilities involve teaching (designing and delivering CADCAM related modules), managing a degree programme co-ordinating teaching activities, quality monitoring, and management of compliance issues.
