I am the Early Careers STEM Outreach Officer at Renishaw plc, I head up a small team where we are passionate about inspiring the next generation of Scientists and Engineers. I have been involved in running work experience weeks, STEM events and STEM talks for many years and have seen how students can really benefit from these interactions and how it can impact their future career decisions
