Biography
After finding university wasn’t for her, Heather Campbell decided to take a chance on a Level 4 Railway Engineering apprenticeship with Network Rail. Her unique experiences have shaped and impacted her significantly, providing her with a drive to advocate for apprenticeships and diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
She champions her passions by being a member of the apprentice panel for the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE), a STEM ambassador and Apprentice Chair for the West Midlands Apprentice Ambassador Network (WMAAN). She has also led the award-winning Digital Innovation and Collaboration in Engineering (DICE) programme and looks forward to continuing to shape the railway industry of tomorrow through her impactful projects and visionary ideas.
