James has been involved in talent attraction and recruitment for the last 15 years, the last 8 of which have been entirely focussed on early talent. Spending most of his time working closely with FTSE100 and FTSE 350 organisations, building and developing their various early talent strategies accordingly.

James sits on the board of trustees for three organisations, The School Outreach Company, the UK’s largest school outreach provider working with approximately 4,000 schools and representing c. 93% of all secondary schools around the UK. He also sits on the board of trustees for The 5% Club, a large employer movement promoting earn and learn schemes for companies that represent about 10% of all apprentices throughout the UK. He also works with a company called Cohesion which is a leading early talent recruitment company.
