Biography
Courteney has worked at UCAS for over 10 years, starting out in our Customer Experience Centre. He leads the teams responsible for ensuring that all customer contact receives high quality advice and in a timely manner, especially over peak periods. Courteney also is a regular host for many of the UCAS broadcast streams, from Facebook to Hub lives.
