In autumn 2020, UCAS acquired a mobile app which has been developed for a re-launch to the international student and agent market in early 2021. The app, re-branded as Myriad by UCAS, is designed to offer a one-stop service for international students for searching and applying for courses, accommodation, and jobs.
This acquisition has generated a lot of interest from customers and stakeholders and this session is designed to walk through a customer journey using Myriad, highlight the benefits for individual customers – whether agents or students – and for the UK higher education sector as a whole.
The session will also offer insight into the next steps, and how the app will be developed after its initial launch to better serve international customers in an ever-changing, dynamic and competitive international recruitment landscape. The session will take the format of a presentation and discussion.
