Genia is responsible for managing how we engage with providers and other customer groups as we roll out new products. She works alongside teams in Marketing and Operations, to develop key messages and deploy these through our communication channels.

In total, Genia has worked at UCAS for over six years – she started in the Marketing Team and went on to manage all charity communications, before starting her new role in October 2019. Prior to this, Genia worked for University of Gloucestershire, G4S, Nelson Thornes (now OUP), and within an agency setting.
