Rose is an assessment expert and provides leadership in high and low stakes assessments, creating new assessment frameworks and models to support the changing products and services Pearson offer to meet the needs of evolving international educational landscapes.
Rose leads on approaches that are necessary to design and evaluate assessments to ensure their quality, reliability and validity. This work includes managing research projects with internal and external stakeholders and partners, capitalising on a broad range of assessment knowledge and expertise to ensure that Pearson assessments are robust and built on evidence based principles.
