Martin Griffin has taught A-level students across four institutions and twenty years. He has been an Assistant and Deputy Headteacher - Director of Sixth Form - for eight years, up until 2016. For each of his last five years as Director of Sixth Form, progress measures placed AS and A level students in the top 10% nationally. The sixth form received an outstanding judgement in consecutive OFSTED inspections, and featured in a 2013 government Parliamentary Review. Martin has developed and delivered an extensive range of consultancy courses including work for both the London and Manchester Challenge Programme to improve Sixth Forms across the country. He is the co-author of The A Level Mindset (Crown House, 2016) The GCSE Mindset (Crown House 2017) and The Student Mindset (Crown House, 2018).
