Sharon has 30 years’ experience of working in the education sector. She currently works in the Education Support Unit at the University of Greenwich, developing projects to support students achieve success and progress into higher education.
She is a trained teacher and a school governor, with teaching experience in schools in Singapore, France, and the UK. Between 1999 and 2003, Sharon ran her own business providing business English courses to SMEs in France.
Since working in HE in 2006, she has worked on collaborative projects developing curriculum and resources for the university.
Sharon has written a PDP workbook for Year 8 – 11 students, and developed four online courses – ranging from GCSE option choices support, academic skills, UCAS applications, and work-based learning.
