Doug is Deputy Director of Home Recruitment and Conversion at the University of Bristol where he has worked in widening participation and student recruitment since 2006. His responsibilities include leading on the Access and Participation Plan submission and subsequent monitoring, liaising with the Office for Students and overseeing the ongoing diversification of the student body.
