UCAS undertakes an annual satisfaction survey to gather views from advisers on our products and services, as well as our communication methodologies. The intelligence we gain from this survey is used to inform developments around the adviser journey, and guide us in our communication and marketing strategies for the following cycle.
The survey asks for views on UCAS’ information and advice provision for advisers, what type of information they need, and when and how they’d like to receive it. This year, for the first time, we asked advisers about their experiences of engaging with universities and colleges.
In this workshop, we’ll share the high-level results of the 2017 UCAS Adviser Survey, and host a panel of advisers to share their experiences to fuel discussion around how we can all support this key customer group.
