Courses

Sheffield Hallam University teaches more than 500 undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. These cover a wide range of subject areas including business, computing, law, psychology, and health and social care.

Students get the chance to put what they learn into practice, through a combination of on-campus teaching and online learning. Tuition is delivered through a variety of methods and environments including labs, studios, workshops and simulated environments and through work experience on placements, internships and projects.

All degree courses include guaranteed work experience opportunities, and students have the chance to spend time abroad as part of their course.

Learners get real-world experience away from lectures and seminars, and the opportunity to put their developing skills and knowledge into practice. The university has over 1,000 industry connections with global brands such as IBM, Unilever and Sony, and major national organisations like the NHS.
