Courses
We offer hundreds of undergraduate courses across dozens of subjects, from digital media to health and social care.
We also provide a range of alternative ways to gain a degree via our foundation years, top-up degrees and degree apprenticeships.
Foundation years are one-year courses that prepare you for an undergraduate degree if you don’t have the qualifications for the course you want to do, or don’t feel quite ready for degree-level study. Over 100 of our degree courses are available with a foundation year entry route.
A top-up degree allows you to convert your existing qualifications into a full degree in one year. You can do a top-up degree here at Sheffield Hallam or at one of our partner colleges, but you do need a relevant qualification such as an HND or foundation degree to get started.
We also offer degree apprenticeships where you combine a paid job with university learning, leading to an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
