At Leeds Conservatoire, we have a dedicated Student Support Services team that are here to support yout during your time with us.

Fees and Funding

Our team is here to help with any finance questions or issues you may have. Whether you're wondering which funding you may be eligible for or need some advice and guidance with managing your money - we can help.

Disability and Learning Support

Our disability advisers can discuss your needs and make sure that you receive the right support, adjustments, advice and guidance to help you succeed with your studies.

Study Skills Support

We offer a variety of resources to help students with their study and digital skills, including workshops and online tools to help with planning, writing and submitting assignments.

Health and Wellbeing

We offer wellbeing advice and support, from healthy eating and homesickness to anxiety. We provide confidential counselling, informative group work and tailored mental health support if you have any long-standing mental health issues.

Performers' Wellbeing

We provide a range of regular wellbeing initiatives for music and performing arts students, such as regular hearing checks, weekly Alexander Technique classes, yoga and regular physiotherapy clinics.

International Students

We have a dedicated adviser to offer additional wellbeing support to international students.

Care Leavers

We recognise the challenges young people face when they leave the care system and begin to live independently. If you’re a care leaver, we offer a range of support, including a mentor who can help you stay on track with your studies and signpost other support you may need.

Estranged Students

We have a dedicated adviser to support students who are estranged from their families and may need additional assistance with finance advice, accommodation, mental health and wellbeing.
