Currently I am studying for my Masters in Mechanical engineering and working on my dissertation on Nuclear NDT methods and techniques.
I have worked at Sellafield Nuclear during my placement industrial year as a nuclear construction engineer specializing in mechanical engineering.
In my spare time I attend the crafting society and go hiking and running, whilst catching Bake Off every week for new recipes.

Oli
University of Bath
Mechanical with Automotive Engineering MEng (Hons)
Hi! I'm Oli from Hertfordshire. I studied Maths, Further maths, Physics and Chemistry at A level at a UK state school where I always knew I wanted to get into the automotive industry. Now at the University of Bath I am following my dream and learning the fundamentals in order to make my mark on the automotive sector. I have completed a placement with Mercedes AMG F1 team as a design process and development engineer and I loved every moment. I am an active memeber of the uni Canoe Club on committee and love white water kayaking and canoe polo as well as coaching others. In my first year I went on my first river trip and last summer was in the alps kayaking white water. My favourite modules are vehicle engineering and internal combustion engine technology which have allowed us to explore sectors we are particularly interested in. In the future I would love to work for a Formula 1 team or a british automotive brand designing and researching high performance vehicles. Feel free to ask any questions!
