Hi, I'm a second year aspiring History teacher studying within Norwich. As a local myself, I have both the expertise of campus and commuter life. From living on campus to living beyond campus, I'm all ears. Whether you're an avid library lover or a work from home vibe, I'll be happy to advise on all things uni!

History
After a previous career in Social Housing and third sector organisations, I decided to complete a BA in History. I had put my children through university and thought it was my turn to have a go. I live off campus and still work part time (bank) to fit in with my studies.

Art History
In the future I would like to do Marketing for English Heritage of Historic England. At A-Level I studied Photography, History and Business which helped me to narrow down my choices of degree. I enjoy what I study.

University of Lincoln
English and History - BA (Hons)
Hi! My name is Emma and I'm a second year English and History student. I love reading and exploring old ruins and museums, and this degree has only helped to increase my love of these things. I am Vice-President of the Korfball Society, and being a part of this society has really helped me to settle into the uni lifestyle and make friends, which was something I was nervous about when starting.

History and Politics BA (Hons)
Hello! My name is Filsan and I am a 3rd year student at City studying History and Politics! By studying History and Politics, I have been able to gain an understanding of the present as it provides context for current events as you will learn how countries have been able to evolve and develop as well as how political systems work.
Harvey
Bournemouth University
BA (Hons) History
Hi, Harvey here! I am a Second Year History student. I’ve come from a relatively disadvantaged background, so coming to university was a big step for me. I’d love to answer your questions on uni life, courses, or anything regarding higher education. No question is a stupid/dumb question :)
Piranas
Northeastern University London
History BA (Hons)
Hi! I'm Piranas. I'm studying History in the hopes of becoming a History teacher. I am devoted to rediscovering forgotten parts of History with the belief that mistakes can be learnt from. I also study Politics, as a minor/elective, so I'm more than happy to answer any questions on the subject.
Sam
Coventry University
History BA (Hons)
I am a current undergraduate second-year history student at Coventry University who is keen to harness the opportunities offered by my course to develop the transferable skills I require to perform to the best of my ability in the world of work. As a member of the Coventry University History Society, I value the opportunity to build connections, socialise with people inside and outside my course, and build up my knowledge and experience in my subject. I regularly search for new interests to broaden my experiences in outdoor and sports activities, including hiking, running, cycling and swimming, which are particularly enjoyable for me. Upon completing my course, I plan to apply for jobs in areas of interest or a graduate scheme. I am interested in a career in civil service, particularly in foreign relations, so my history course provides the perfect opportunity to build on my critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which would be essential for this career path.
