I grew up abroad, and hopefully with this degree I will be able to work abroad too, since I enjoy visiting new places. I really enjoy my course which I think is a very important part of university because it makes it so much easier to gather a deeper understanding around your topics.

Chemical Engineering BEng
Hi! I'm Arun, a Level 2 Chemical Engineering student at University of Aberdeen. I made the exciting move to Aberdeen in 2023 to pursue my interest in chemical engineering. It really amazes me how the energy industry plays an vital role in our day-to-day life. It actually makes me to conserve the industry for the future without exploiting it to the core. I would love to make a difference in the energy industry by creating sustainable and productive solutions to the modern day problems faced by the industry. I would be happy to answer all your questions about the university, my studies, student life, city or anything else. Feel free to post your questions. Cheers:)

Chemical Engineering
Hi! I'm a second year chemical year student. I've lived in London for my whole life and I am currently living in accommodation. I love to read and take photographs of almost anything. I also have found a new passion for rock climbing since coming to university. If you have any questions about chemical engineering or university life I can answer them for you.

MEng Chemical Engineering
I've always had a big interest in anything to do with science. I always like to ask "why?" and figure out how things work. That's why I've chosen to go down the chemical engineering path. Outside of education I have a large interest in crocheting and I make and sell my own little plushies. And ever since I was a young child I've always had a book by the side of my desk or my bed. It's my form of relaxation and I love getting lost in the pages with a nice warm drink to accompany me :)
