Hi, I am a first-year electronic and electrical engineering student at the University of Bath.  I’m a big fan of formula 1 and as a result am apart of the University's Formula Student team. I really enjoy my course as it has plenty of practical application of theory and it even includes a placement year. I’m also a UKESF Scholar recipient, which means I have a paid 12 week placement this summer. Hey, I'm Josh - a computer science student at the University of Bath. Outside of academics, I spend most of my time playing tennis, surfing and working jobs to afford all of the things I love doing.
I'm most interested in working on projects that pose a challenge, and force me out of my comfort zone - e.g. a traffic simulation I wrote in a programming language called Rust last year. Hello! 
My name is Lily and I am studying health and exercise science at the University of Bath - I am in my final year and have completed a placement year in Brighton at Threshold Sports, an events company who put on ultramarathons. 

My main interests with my degree are nutrition and metabolism, as well as public health - but there are a wide range of interesting modules I enjoy on my course! 

I love running and strength training at the gym in my free time, but also love travel, I am planning to take a year out after I finish my degree to travel! I also love travelling around the UK, particularly for marathons and half marathons, but also just love going out with my friends! 

I also have cystic fibrosis, so can help out with any questions regarding disabled student services, and I am a committee member of the university's Disability Action Group (DAG) :)

Hi! I'm Oli from Hertfordshire. I studied Maths, Further maths, Physics and Chemistry at A level at a UK state school where I always knew I wanted to get into the automotive industry. Now at the University of Bath I am following my dream and learning the fundamentals in order to make my mark on the automotive sector. I have completed a placement with Mercedes AMG F1 team as a design process and development engineer and I loved every moment. I am an active memeber of the uni Canoe Club on committee and love white water kayaking and canoe polo as well as coaching others. In my first year I went on my first river trip and last summer was in the alps kayaking white water. My favourite modules are vehicle engineering and internal combustion engine technology which have allowed us to explore sectors we are particularly interested in. In the future I would love to work for a Formula 1 team or a british automotive brand designing and researching high performance vehicles. Feel free to ask any questions!
