Studying at Central Saint Martins, UAL, has always been a dream of mine. Moving away from home and starting a new life in such a bustling city took some getting used to- but looking back now, as a final year, I wouldn't change a thing. After I graduate I plan on working in Brazil and Portugal before returning to the UK for my Masters (Part II RIBA).

Hi! I’m Benjamin, and I’m currently studying BA (Hons) Architectural Design and Technology at Southampton Solent University.
I’m passionate about design, urban planning, and how architecture shapes our daily lives. I decided to study architecture because I’ve always been fascinated by buildings, spaces, and the way environments can influence people’s experiences. The creative and technical aspects of the field draw me in, and I love the challenge of merging functionality with aesthetics. At Solent, I’m exploring everything from architectural theory to hands-on design projects. We get to work with both traditional and digital tools, and the program offers a great balance of studio work and technical learning. So far, I’ve worked on some exciting projects.
