My name is Petya and I am from Sofia, Bulgaria. This is my third year in London studying Business Management. I am passionate about expanding my knowledge in marketing, economics, and entrepreneurship. Last academic year I pursued an Industrial Placement in London with one of the leading professional services firms. Throughout my journey at Bayes Business School, I have gained business acumen and met with wonderful people from all around the world. Because of City's available resources for students, I managed to network with professionals and learn a lot regarding future careers. In addition, I have engaged with my university in many ways. I have been Student Representative for my course and also Resident Life-Coordinator for one of City's accommodations in which I lived. I have also been part of the Student Engagement Advisor team where I worked to enhance Bayes' Welcome Week for new students. I am more than happy to share my knowledge and experience with prospective students.

After finishing my A-levels at small sixth form in 2019 (and a few gap years!), I started my university journey. It took me a long time to decide what path I wanted to take, so I very much relate to the uncertainty you might be feeling at this stage! 

I am from a very rural village in Cornwall, so naturally love the outdoors. So, for someone not used to urban living, Plymouth is a great in-between! It has so much to offer, including a balance between city and coastal life.

I am now in my third (and final!) year of my BEd Primary Education degree, specialising in geography. After graduating in 2025, I hope to pursue a career in teaching and share my passion for educating for sustainability.

Hi, my name is Phoebe! I am currently in the final year of my BSc Biomedical Science (NHS Placement Year) degree at the University of Essex. I haven't set my mind on specifically what I'd like to do after my degree, but I know I'd like a job working within the biomedical field. During my first year at uni, I chose to live on campus (Colchester Campus) in South Courts, but during the following years I commuted from home, so I am happy to answer questions about both. The campus accommodates for however you're feeling e.g. from spending some time relaxing at the lakes, quiet study spots and places to grab coffee to SU events, sports teams & societies and even a nightclub! Hello everyone! My name is Piotr (or Peter in English!). I'm originally from Poland but have lived in Glasgow for most of my life. I have recently graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) at the Glasgow School of Art.
