Hi! I’m Hannah, a first-year student studying Neural Engineering with Psychology. My degree isn’t one that’s very well known but I love it. It combines Psychology, Engineering and Computer Science. In my next couple of years, I will cover areas like working with prosthetics, AI and brain computer-interfaces. If that sounds like your sort of thing, then definitely go check it out and feel free to ask me any questions about my experience so far. I mostly work in the CSEE department so I can answer questions about other courses as well.  As this is my first year, I remember very well how stressful looking for the right university and course can be. I’d like to make your experience easier in anyway I can. Remember, university might seem a bit scary but its also such a great opportunity to be independent and there will always be people happy to support you. I chose to come to Glasgow because of the flexibility they offered with their degree plans; I initially enrolled in a Psychology degree, but have since changed my degree to Chemistry!
