Hi, I’m Alexia! I’m a second year student in my undergraduate degree (including a placement year), working as a student ambassador for BU.

I have Portuguese parents but I was born in the UK, so I am more fluent in English but I can hold a good conversation in Portuguese :]. 

In the future, I want to become a counselling psychologist/therapist and also pursue music in some form (although that bit isn’t planned out yet lol). I have 2 Mainecoon cats and practice a variety of sports and musical instruments, including kickboxing and piano. It’ll be tough to balance everything this year but I’m determined to stay healthy and happy throughout my degree and make the most out of the social aspect of uni!

Counselling Psychology

I am about to graduate this year, where I will then begin my masters right here at BNU. My goal is to become a therapist in my own private practice. My dream has always been to dance for the Royal Ballet. I am a very sporty person, I used to represent England in Karate where I won the title of World Champion and European Champion on many occasions. Since coming to uni I decided to branch out of my comfort zone and try cheerleading, I am now Chair of the Cheer team and I am a level 2 flyer. I have recently been re-elected as committee for BNU Swans Cheer where I will take on the role of Captain and Treasurer! I have danced since I was 2 and my favourite styles are ballet and jazz.

😉Hello, I'm Min! I was born and raised in Malaysia. Currently doing MA Developmental and Therapeutic Play at Swansea University.

🍀I love baking, I can make bread, cakes, cookies and muffins. Nothing beats a handmade warm fluffy bread with a cup of morning coffee. Music is the best company during baking, I enjoy listening to English pop, KPOP, Mandopop and Cantopop.

🫧I really like early childhood education, it's magical to witness children grow and develop day by day. Been spending my whole journey of studies in this field, and I'm just loving it! Hoping that I will be able to contribute after I graduate.
