Hi! I'm Amelia, I am from Bradford and I am an aspiring Barrister at ULaw. Outside of classes I participate in the Bar Society in which we run lots of events such as debates and mooting for all students to join, we include snacks and prizes for the students. My personal interests include lots of crocheting and reading, I love reading anything from Classical Literature to Manga and Manhwa.

I'm a postgraduate law student, doing my International Law LLM at University of Glasgow, I have also got my Common Law LLB degree last June from the same university, so I have been here for a long time :)) I am hoping to specialise in women's rights and gender equality. I'm from Turkey and this is my fifth year in Glasgow and in UofG :) 

I have been dancing and acting since I was a kid. So, I have been very involved in performing arts for so many years and I am super lucky to be still doing that in university. I loveeeee meeting new people, attending social events, spending time with my friends, and always finding something fun to do in Glasgow with my loved ones (as a wee Covid fresher in my undergrad, I am happy that I am finally having a normal freshers week for my postgrad)!! Hi! I'm Holly, a first-year studying Law with American Studies, and I'm happy to answer your questions :) I previously did law at A-level where I found a real passion for the subject and decided to study it at University, which so far has been great as I've met some brilliant people who share my interest for the subject, but have also made great friends elsewhere, such as in my flat! My course also allows me to do a study abroad year which I am very excited about. I aspire to be a law professor or go into practice as a solicitor, but I am still not 100% sure!
