Since joining Ibstock, I have achieved an honours degree, won apprentice of the year and have now been working in the business for almost 10 years. It’s such an exciting and diverse company, giving me invaluable experience across multiple divisions and disciplines that I hope will stand me in a great position for the future. For anyone thinking about an apprenticeship, I would seriously consider this programme.
