As a Lead Product Manager James is responsible for the development of the UCAS.com website and the student hub, and works with our diverse customer groups to pinpoint their needs and align product strategies with business objectives. Having worked across UCAS’ Apprenticeship and Commercial offerings, James is ideally placed to bring together all of the relevant expertise from across the organisation to continue building our fantastic platform which empowers people (and the experts who support them) to discover the next step on their learning journey by providing accessible, insightful and inspirational information, advice and guidance across all higher education pathways.
